As HR Director, Anastacia holds overarching responsibility for KULTURENS’ people strategy, organizational culture, and internal development. She leads the work that ensures our most important resource – our people – thrive, grow, and have the structures in place to perform at a high level.
Anastacia works across the organization to design and implement processes that strengthen Kulturens’ foundation: recruitment, onboarding, leadership development, well-being, performance management, work environment, and cross-organizational meeting structures. She combines a business-oriented approach with a strong human compass, ensuring that Kulturens is both an attractive workplace and a professional partner.
With experience in gastronomy, business, entrepreneurship, and coaching, Anastacia brings a unique blend of operational insight and strategic thinking. She has led her own ventures, developed teams, and built organizational cultures from the ground up — experiences that give her a sharp understanding of how people, structures, and strategy create true organizational sustainability.
Together with Artistic Director Ida and Strategic Director Jonas, Anastacia forms Kulturens’ three-part leadership team. Here, human resources, finances, and artistic direction are equal dimensions, and Anastacia plays a central role in translating Kulturens’ vision into clear workflows, strong teams, and healthy organizational structures.
